Nano-Aeration
Pillars:
Nanoaeration is the mechanical process of consistently creating gas bubbles the size of 80nm to 300nm in a liquid solution. Once this is possible the decision of what gas to create the bubbles out of allows for a range of functions and unique possibilities that will change the fundamentals of energy, chemical and / or the mechanical efficiency of a unit operation requiring any form of gas. To date Waboost’s technology for generating nanobubbles out of air, oxygen and ozone have transformed and enhanced unit operations in South African agriculture, municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater industries.
- Used to create nano bubbles (80nm to 300nm) for 95% gas transfer efficiency.
- Inject into solution any gas or generate standard on-board bubbles (Air, Oxygen, Ozone).
- Nanobubbles remain in solution if not chemically consumed for months, not rising to the surface of the solution due to being stuck in Brownian motion.
- Chemical-free water treatment.
- Range:
- Flora (Pump, Air & Oxygen),
- Fauna (Pump, Air & Ozone),
- GEA (Pump, Air, Oxygen & Ozone).
- Agricultural solutions – used to improve agriculture as well as animal husbandry.
- Mass yield over the same time – Cattle 15%, Poultry 7% to 9%, Aquaculture 59%.
- Growth rate improvement over same time – Cannabis 20%,
- Turf / Lawn >90%, Microgreens 34%, Tomatoes 20%, Carrots 55%.
